QuickRestore ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our remote support software and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Data Collection: We collect session metadata including connection timestamps, technician identifiers, and system diagnostic data. No personal files, keystrokes, or screen content are recorded without explicit user consent. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.
Data Retention: Session logs are retained for 90 days for quality assurance and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@quickrestore.com.
GDPR Compliance: For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process data under legitimate interest and contractual necessity. You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, and port your data. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@quickrestore.com.
Third-Party Services: We use Stripe for payment processing, Datadog for infrastructure monitoring, and AWS S3 for encrypted backup storage. No data is sold to third parties.
Terms of Service: By using QuickRestore, you agree to our Terms of Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. QuickRestore liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with 30 days notice.
